The O’Brien Law Firm was founded in 2006 by Aaron J. O’Brien and Christina M. O’Brien, a husband and wife team. While still partners in life, Christy now Chairs the Family Law section at the venerable firm of Henderson, Franklin. The O’Brien Law Firm is located on the Second Floor of the Robb & Stucky Building, 1625 Hendry Street, in the heart of downtown Fort Myers, Florida within walking distance of the Lee County Justice Center, the Federal Courthouse, City Hall, Lee County Mediation, Lee County Administration and all downtown buildings. The O’Brien Law Firm is open Monday through Friday, with availability evenings and weekends when necessary. When not in the office, we can be contacted 24/7 by voicemail or text.
