During May of 2012, about eight years ago, we asked this question of the local community: "What kind of change do you want, and what are you willing to do to get the change to occur"? We believe it is critical to know exactly what is wanted by the community and that we are creating an ownership of the change. In that manner, any development that is earned is also owned.
