Diversified Appraisal in Fort Myers was started in February 1989 by the current partners, David C. Vaughan and Ted A. Dickey. Our firm specializes in commercial appraisal assignments, or litigation assignments including expert witness testimony. We have appraised a variety of commercial properties including, but not limited to, offices, warehouses, subdivisions, medical offices, condominiums, apartments, vacant land, self-storage facilities, duplexes, day care centers, retail properties, houses of worship, car washes, hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, and many other commercial properties.
