DMH Pediatric Rehabilitation

DeSoto Memorial Hospital's Pediatric Rehabilitation in Port Charlotte provides Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. We also preform the ADOS-2 testing (Autism spectrum evaluation). We accept Medicaid and all major insurances. Our staff is experienced in a wide array of diagnoses. Our team approach aims to emphasize improvement of fine and gross motor skills, sensory integration, everyday activities, self-care, language and oral motor function and feeding.
