Firefly Within

I specialize in quantum biofeedback, Reiki, and essential oils to guide each of my clients to holistic wellness in body, mind and spirit. Because within each of us is a light that can shine. That can guide us toward a better way of life, to wellness. And once that light is turned on, not only can it guide you to your own personal well being, but it can lead those around you, creating a community of wellness, beauty and light. And at Firefly Within, I want to build on that community. I believe in it, I am impassioned by it and I am dedicated to helping people be a part of it by guiding them to the wellness within to shine their light through out.
