I am a CNA looking to start my own business in the Healthcare industry while I continue my degree. As a CNA I have to work under a RN and up, but... there's a loophole. As a CNA I can do light housekeeping, go shopping, cook, be a great listener and if we get our license we can pass medications. Ect.. If the patient already has a team and is only looking for a CNA I can work under my license and as a private contractor.
