Being the foodie that he is, Jimmie landed himself in the beef business years ago and has acquired the name "Jimmie The Beef Guy." He has always dreamed of opening a restaurant in his hometown with his favourite Chicago-style sandwiches of all time. With true inspiration from Chicago, Jimmie The Beef Guy is here to offer you delicious, mouthwatering sandwiches. Jimmie is co-owner of the business with his son, Quentin.
