Laini Gaar, MD

Dr Gaar graduated summa cum laude with a BS from the University of Florida and earned her MD from UF College of Medicine. She completed an internship at Earl K Long Medical Center in Baton Rouge before completing her dermatology residency at LSU, New Orleans. Dr Gaar has a special focus on the treatment of skin cancer and stigmatizing skin diseases. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is certified by NccPA. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, and Christian Medical & Dental Associations. She has a passion for mission trips, ballet, hiking, and CrossFit.
