River Garden Condominiums

River Garden Condominiums is in the Edgewood district of Fort Myers on the shore of the Caloosahatchee River. There are forty-eight units within six building. There are eight condos per building with a mixture of one and two bedroom units. Residents enjoy one covered parking space per unit and a few guest spots for friends and family. We are a community of onsite owners and renters. Amenities include a wonderful large dock, a beautify grassy waterfront, palms, plants and natural vegetation to complete the relaxed, tropical feel of the community. River Garden has a meeting room for residents, but there are no commercial services or leasing office services on site of any type.
