Sands Engineering has been in business for 15 years, but I have over 30 years total experience. I am licensed and insured as required by Florida Statutes. My services include: Residential and Commercial structural engineering; foundation, roof, and structural inspections; seawall design and inspection; Private Provider inspection and plan review services; residential house structural plans developed with an architect or contractor. I am very familiar with traditional construction, as well as newer technologies such as Structural Insulated Panels (SIP's) and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF).
